• No use if banned or prohibited by law

• One person, one account. You own activity under your login
• Don't share passwords or sell/transfer accounts

• We may suspend accounts that violate Terms or pose risk

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or discriminate
• Share CSAM or exploit minors (zero tolerance)
• Impersonate others or misrepresent age or identity
• Spam, scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Run scams, fraud, or illegal solicitation
• Doxx others or record chats without consent where illegal
• Circumvent blocks, reports, Mehram, or age checks

• You keep ownership of photos, bio, messages, etc.
• You grant us a license to host and process content to run the Service
• You confirm you have rights to upload and it doesn't break law
• We may remove violating content

Mehram

Optional supervisor in a chat (view or reply). Mehram block affects the inviting user's relationship with the reported user.

Live Random

Time-limited video sessions via third-party infra. Leave anytime. Quality varies by network.

Games

Multiplayer games may use separate servers. Valid Huzz login required.

Offline meetings

• No criminal background checks unless stated otherwise
• Meet in public, tell someone, follow local law
• Use block/report. Emergencies: call authorities first

Moderation

We may restrict features, remove content, ban devices, or terminate accounts. See Safety & Moderation.

Purchases

Paid features shown in-app. Refunds per Google Play policy. Email zain.tariq@mail.com for billing questions.

Disclaimers

Service provided "AS IS" without warranties. No guarantee of matches, relationships, or uptime.

Liability

To the max extent permitted by law, Huzz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the Service or interactions with other users. Total liability capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months or USD $100, where allowed.

Indemnity

You indemnify Huzz for claims from your use, content, or violations.

Termination

Stop anytime; request deletion at zain.tariq@mail.com. We may terminate for violations.

Changes & law

Updated Terms posted with new date. Continued use = acceptance. Governed by applicable law where Huzz operates.
